Native Habitat: Africa:
S.W. Cameroon.
Temperament: Peaceful and
prefers upper strata and plants. Therefore best kept in trios, rather than
pairs.
Feeding: Some flake foods high in protein and
adult brine shrimp, along with live foods such as
grindal worms,
white worms,
Daphnia,
Moina, and newly
hatch brine shrimp nauplii
Sexing:
Males more colorful and with display fins
Comments:
Difficult killifish to keep. Non-annual plant spawners.
